Volunteer

We are an all volunteer organization and need volunteers to donate their time, skills and passion for Westies. Do you….

Have a few hours to donate per month? For an event?
Have the ability to build strong relationships with new people and organizations?
Work well independently and as part of a team?
Have fundraising and/or event planning experience?

Have experience with Microsoft Word and/or knowledge of Microsoft Excel?
Have artistic skills (e.g., drawing, painting, sewing, etc.)?
Have professional credentials/skills (e.g. attorney, veterinarian, CPA, animal behaviorist/trainer)

Ways You Can Assist

If you replied “yes” to one or more of the above questions, then we want you to join the WRAP Volunteer Team!

Here are some of the ways you can assist:

Transport rescue Westies within Northern California
Create unique items that we can sell at events and/or online auctions
Assist with the planning and management of fundraising events
Assist with general fundraising activities (e.g., set up, registration, auctions, merchandise sales, beverage/ food, parades, contests, etc.

Assist with prospecting and soliciting donors
Identify and approach potential business partners
Serve as a member of an advisory board and provide advise as needed
